3D construction
With our knowledge and experience, we construct a 3D model design.
We specialize in tools, automotive light coverings, and other products.
Our 3D constructors use Catia software.
Laser cutting
By using a high powered laser we are able to cut various pieces out of pipes (up to ⌀ 200 mm) and sheet metal up to 20 mm in thickness. Due to the high power of the laser, the edges are precise and smooth.
The largest supported format of sheet metal is 3000×1500 mm.
Bending
Using the latest Gasparini bending machines we bend products of up to 4 meters in length, with force of up to 225 tons.
Our most advanced machine has 8 axis and a laser for measuring the bending angle, which ensures all parts are shaped with the highest level of precision.
CNC milling
3 and 5-axis CNC machining centers are used to produce various tools and prototypes to fit the required client specifications.
Our main focus is the production of tools for injection moulding, plastic vacuum drawing/suction for making carbon-based products and tools for mechanical modelling of sheet metal.
Machine programming is done with Mastercam software.
Injection moulding
We produce plastic parts with an Arburg injection moulding machine, with a maximum force of up to 2500kN.
